To ensure your rights, please carefully review the following terms before submitting a refund request:

Refund Eligibility

You must meet at least two of the following conditions to apply for a refund:

  1. Within 24 Hours of Purchase

    • The refund request must be submitted within 24 hours of the service purchase (based on the payment time of the invoice).
  2. Low Traffic Usage

    • The service in question must have used less than 0.5% of the total traffic allocation during the first billing cycle.
  3. Duplicate Purchase

    • The service was purchased multiple times due to an operational error.

If you do not meet at least two of the above conditions, the refund request will be denied.
